Weather affects your performance.
MeteoPace shows you by how much.
Race-day weather and course elevation affect performance, sometimes by minutes. MeteoPace gives you personalized pacing strategies based on the actual forecast, terrain, and conditions you'll face. Train and race smarter with realistic pacing adjustments.

How MeteoPace works.
We analyze weather conditions to create personalized strategies for your races and training.
For Racing
Pick your race and target time
Pick from our races or upload your own course GPX. Your target time would typically be based on flat and ideal conditions, but you can also pick a time you expect to hit.
Get the best weather available
We use forecasts from national meteorological offices, or historical weather reanalysis from 8-days after.
MeteoPace models impacts
We downscale the weather to an athlete model to simulate heat, wind, and elevation impacts.
Get split-by-split guidance
Get a realistic adjustment or the best splits to achieve your target. Follow your personalized strategy and adjust before conditions catch you off guard.

Meteo Adjusted Pace (MAP)
Traditional pace zones assume perfect conditions that rarely exist in real training. MAP normalizes your performance by accounting for weather, elevation, and course difficulty - giving you a more realistic measure of your fitness progression, regardless of external factors.
Realistic Training Assessment
See how you're actually progressing, not just what your watch shows.
Weather-Independent Progress
Track fitness improvements even when conditions change daily.
Course-Adjusted Metrics
Account for elevation and terrain in every analysis.

Features that Matter to Runners.
Built for performance, not just data. Every feature has been designed to help you run smarter and race faster.

Course Modeling
We model the course, the surrounding terrain to determine wind impact, and elevation to determine hills and gradient distribution. Shows where you'll pay the oxygen tax.

Weather Impact
Temperature, humidity, wind direction vs course, cloud cover and precipitation drift by hour. Weather is refreshed every 6 hours when the race is less than 6 days away, sometimes more frequently closer to the date depending on the model. We use historical data over the last 10 years when good forecast data is not yet available.

Adjusted Pacing
We give you a realistic time and paces you can actually hit based on a target which assumes perfect conditions. We also give you splits if you still wish to hit your original target, where to run faster and where you need to adapt to a slower pace.

Race-Day Splits
Get split times for common race markers in miles and km. See the difference in splits when you can draft and when you can't.

Strava Sync
Connect Strava to see weather and course impact on every run. View insights on how conditions affected your performance within Strava and within the MeteoPace app.

Personalized Heat Impacts
Heat impacts adjust based on your acclimatization. Train in different conditions and the model estimates your heat adaptation. You can tailor the clothing you wore or toggle a fan on or off for indoor training.
